  • Cancellation Before Shipment: You may cancel your order anytime before it is shipped. Once the order is processed and dispatched, it cannot be canceled.

  • Order Status: If your order is already in the “Shipped” status, you will need to follow our Return Policy instead of cancellation.

  •  Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a return option within a specified period. Please read the following carefully:

  • Return Timeframe: You can initiate a return within 7 days from the date of delivery.

  • Eligibility for Returns:

    • The product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
    • Certain products, such as perishable goods, personalized items, and intimate products, are not eligible for returns unless they are defective or damaged during shipping.
  • Refund Process:

    • Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria.
    • If the return is approved, we will process a refund to the original payment method, or we can issue a store credit, depending on your preference.

Refunds may take up to 2-4 business days to reflect in your account depending on your payment provider.
